The Nebiolo Typefoundry, 1878–1978. New critical assessments

The book that collects the proceeding of the symposium on Nebiolo type foundry we organized in Turin in September 2021 is out, printed on beautiful yellow paper.

Because the company archives were scattered when it was shut down, it’s been hard to fully evaluate Nebiolo’s legacy—until now. With the first international symposium and the publication of its proceedings, us at Nebiolo History Project finally bring together the latest research on some of the lesser-known sides of the foundry and its impact on Italy’s industrial and graphic design history.
